Knife Skills - August 17 5:30pm
Learn the basic cutting techniques as we create a dish together. This is a great introductory class for beginners and really sets you up to be more comfortable in joining other more advanced fast-paced classes. We will speak about the right knife for the job, knife holding, grip, stance, storage, and safety. You will be taught how to care for your knife to last you a lifetime and advice on brands and best places to purchase and at the end of class we will have a bite to eat and hopefully no need for plasters anymore!
