If you enjoyed our French Cuisine 1 class, trust that we’ll carry on in the spirit of all things French bistro this time around. We’re going to practice some knife skills to make a sumptuous and retro French Onion Soup, complete with the quintessential cheesy crouton on top. We’ll finish with an airy cake known as a clafoutis, topped with a dusting of icing sugar if you’re keeping it light, or if you wish, go très forte with some whipped cream. Two more French classics to add to your growing repertoire.
