It’s time to bring those warming flavors of the Spanish streets into your home kitchen. We are going to make some simple Spanish tapas which are perfect for feeding a crowd alongside a jug of Sangria and a bit of Enrico on the radio.
In this class we will be making two Spanish tapas together, a chorizo and chickpea stew, and of course Patatas bravas with a rich tomato sauce and garlic aioli.
Also included in the class, as you sit back and enjoy your creations, I will show you all how to make a classic tapa of Parma ham croquettes!
