While we can’t take you to the white washed villages of Greece, we can teach you how to cook as if you’re visiting one. In our Flavours of Greece I class, we’ve kept it light: think street dining with a cold drink in hand. Crispy spanakopita, a spinach and cheese filled pastry, will be followed by keftedes (bitesize meatballs) and the all important tzatziki sauce. Bring your own Ouzo!
